1. Product Description
ASME SA210 A1 is a medium carbon seamless steel pipe, which is
mainly used for boiler, boiler flue and superheater. The product is
a cold drawn seamless steel pipe, with the supply size of 1 /
2'in-5in (12.7mm-127mm) OD. The mechanical properties of the steel
pipe with the minimum wall thickness of 0.035in-0.500in
(0.9mm-12.7mm), out of the range are not applicable. In addition,
the heat treatment of this product should be noted when placing an
order, which is divided into heat finishing and cold finishing.
Heat finishing does not need heat treatment, but cold finishing has
heat treatment in the last process after cold drawing, which would
be subcritical annealing, complete annealing, and normalizing heat
treatment. Different heat treatment meets different purposes,
please pay attention to it when ordering.
ASME SA210 materials can be divided into A-1 and C grades. They
have different chemical compositions and physical properties.
